PET Eco-Friendly Label
PET (Polyethylene) eco-friendly label is a bestowed to odd shaped bottles and containers with its high shrinking capacity. It offers the best scuff resistance and are highly demand among local and international market.

BOPP / OPP Labeling
Our BOPP (Biaxially-Oriented Polypropylene) labels are best suited for product owners who need a high level of performance because of its durability, light weight and cost-effectiveness. Basically, BOPP labels can be divided into two main categories known as: Pearlized BOPP and Clear BOPP.
Pearlized BOPP labels are our most commonly used material and is suitable for most wrap around bottles. Pearlized BOPP labels are made with polypropylene material and they provide glossiness and shining appearance.
While, Clear BOPP labels are a clear version of the Polypropylene (BOPP) material. It has the same water-resistant qualities as the Pearlized BOPP. Clear BOPP Labels provide more of a “no label” look and is also suitable for window stickers.
Benefits/ Applications:
One of the biggest differences between regular polypropylene and BOPP is how they’re made. During manufacturing, regular polypropylene is extruded – a process that stretches and pulls the material through a die – in a single direction whereas BOPP is stretched in two directions, hence the name “biaxially.” This process gives BOPP some advantages over polypropylene, such as:
- Provide a graceful look and clean finish to the product
- Provide maximum yield thereby being most cost effective
- Higher tensile strength that facilitates high-speed printing
- Greater stiffness
- Excellent printability
- Moisture and abrasion resistant
- Oil, chemical and acid resistant
BOPP / OPP Specifications
BOPP wrap around labels offer fast and efficient production facility to our customers with high volume, high speed labeling requirements. They are widely used in single-serving beverages such as soft drinks and water bottle labels. It is the most cost effective solution for customers as the volumes are high. Compare to paper labels, BOPP labels, BOPP wrap around labels are highly resistant to water.
BOPP wrap around labels combine benefits of traditional shrink sleeve labels with the benefits of BOPP roll fed labels. Win Smith provides a unique wrap around that can be fit to conform to your bottles design. We offer our custom printing by approved artwork design from clients. Products are delivered to customers in requested amounts in rolls.
