Win Smith Packaging Sdn Bhd was established since 1996 and approaching 30 years’ experience in plastic sleeve manufacturing. We have been a reputable manufacturer and reliable exporter for high quality PVC shrink sleeve labels. All the labels are developed using only quality raw materials and good manufacturing practice to ensure quality consistency in end product.

We offer an extensive range of Printed sleeve label (PVC, PET and OPP), cap seal (neck sleeve) and plain wrapper bags. All our products are manufactured under close supervision by our diligent and experienced personnel to eliminate production errors at every level of production process.

MILESTONE OF WIN SMITH PACKAGING SDN BHD

Sep 1996 - 1997: In corporation Of WS Packaging Industries Sdn Bhd With one printing machine manual 6C and 1 unit each slitiing, gluing and cutting machine with workforce 15 pax in No 20, Tmn Perindustrian Chandan Raya, Menglembu.

2002 - 2004 - 2006

WS Packaging Industries Sdn Bhd change name Win Smith Packaging Sdn Bhd, Established 2nd printing line from China Happy Field, with 6C computerised colour throng clutch motor with speed up to 90 meter/minutes.

Add on slitting machine, gluing, roll form and cutting machine Production output per annum increase to 30MT of PVC sleeve. Another round of company restructuring.

Rented 4 units of link factory in a row for business expansion and set up 3rd printing line with 7 motor 8C computerised machine.

2004 - 2007

KL Office located in Sri Petaling, Endah Parade for sale and marketing purposes.

Acquisition of PVC Film maker, PatenMaju Sdn Bhd as vertical diversification in order to ensure supply chain continuity.

Seen expansion of East Malaysia, Brunei and Singapore sales blooming after 2006 expansion.

Production quantity has increase to 200MT per annum.

2010 - 2013

Relocation to Plot 5864, Pengkalan 2 factory with total build up 20k sq ft on Rental basis. Established of new printing line from Shanghai China 8C seven motor with printing speed of 120-150 meter/minutes.Workforce increase to 40 pax.

Win Smith Packaging Sdn Bhd acquired another 2 factories lot with total production area 50,000sqft to cater for future expansion and relocation of Sri Petaling Sales office to new owned office unit in Endah Parade.

2014

Win Smith Packaging Sdn Bhd officially acquire Plot 5864 with total land area of 45,000 sq ft. Extension has been carry up to build an 35,000 sq ft of production and new admin office.

Production of PVC has been increase to 400MT/annum.

2015: Another new printing line 9C reverse bar to gather for BOPP label has been established with printing speed up to 180 mtr/minute and obsoletion of 1 old printing line.

2017 - 2018

Introduced and established one of the fastest printing capacity Electronic shaft control printing line (250m/min) in Malaysia manufacturing plastic sleeves industries.

Another Printing line has also been established with Electronic shaft control with printing speed of 250 meter /min which believe the fastest in market manufacturing plastic sleeve currently.

Production quantity for PVC 800MT p.a and BOPP 80MT p.a.
